Good Leadership Important For A Business, But Who Is A Good Leader?




In an organization a good and strong leader is very important, not only in organization any kind of work need good leadership. But “Good leaders are made not born”. Now I have come to the realization that it is easy to be a leader, but not so easy to foster true leadership; if you have the desire and willpower, you can become an effective leader. Leaders are human beings who have their personal way of thinking, solving the problem, and stylistically leading the people. A leader is anyone who inspires and influences people to accomplish organizational goals; they motivate others to pursue actions, focus thinking, and shape decisions for the greater good of the organization. A good leader needs strong eyes.
Different leader tends to lead people by their individual style. But these different style success the same, because we know this exposes that leadership is situational. As example, Jack Welch and Kazuo they are use their organization their personal leading style. I believe that a good leader is she/he who can brilliantly adjust her/his leadership styles to the particular demands of condition, the particular necessities of the people involved and the particular tasks facing the business. Good leaders are continually working and studying to improve their leadership skills; they are NOT resting on their successes. Success is the only result. Hillary told that, my secret to success is to keep work when others have given up.
In organization effective leadership does not necessarily require great technical or intellectual capacity. An effective leadership in the modern age more importantly requires attitudes and behaviours which characterise and relate to humanity. Good leadership involves serving the organization or group and the people within it. Leadership is centrally concerned with people. Of course leadership involves decisions and actions relating to all sorts of other things, but leadership is special compared to any other role because of its unique responsibility for people.
The most important keys to effective leadership in organization according to my study I found that and finally, I am attaching some quotes-

  2. *      Helping employees how they contribute to achieving key organization objectives,
  3. *      Building a team committed to achieving the objectives,
  4. *      Put quality values first,
  5. *      Helping employees understand the company's overall organization strategy,
  6. *      Develops a winning attitude among his employees, and also never stop dreaming. 


I think that, “business leadership is more complicated, because it is profit-driven, no profits, no business.  And it is competitive by nature, you win some, I will lose some”.  Effective leadership in the key to winning in an organization and also mainly needs trust and confidence. When leaders are passionate and influence us in a positive way, we get excited and want to continue our involvement.
